To hold your reservation we will ask you for a credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Charges are non refundable; refundable only when trip is cancelled.

Important Reservation Information
Pirate Adventures reserves the right to cancel or modify trips due to unforeseen conditions. The Sea Gypsy sails rain or shine. That is, if it is safe to do so! On occasion we will cancel a trip due to weather, Captain’s call. We will notify you one hour before departure. If current weather appears uncertain, please call the office and we will be happy to reschedule you for a later date. Cancellations due to weather are at the sole discretion of Pirate Adventures.

Please note that Coast Guard regulations allow us to carry up to 45 persons on our Hyannis boat and 26 persons on our Bass River boat, regardless of their age or size. Please include every adult and child in your guest count. Accordingly, we do charge for every individual on the boat.
