To make your reservation we will ask you for a credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Charges are non refundable; refundable only when trip is cancelled by Pirate Adventures.

Important Reservation Information
Pirate Adventures reserves the right to cancel or modify trips due to unforeseen conditions. The Sea Gypsy sails rain or shine. On occasion we will cancel a trip due to bad weather, Captain’s call. We will notify you one hour before departure. If current weather appears uncertain, please call the office. Cancellations due to bad weather are at the sole discretion of Pirate Adventures, if Pirate Adventures cancels your trip you will recieve a full refund.

Please note that Coast Guard regulations allow us to carry up to 45 persons on our boat, regardless of their age or size. Please include every adult and child in your guest count. Accordingly, we do charge for every individual on the boat.
